The esencial Reserva has a deep cherry color. On the nose, one experiences intense aromas of dark ripe fruit, little chocolate, some vanilla and balsamic. On the palate it convinces with a powerful structure, balance with a long finish and elegant, soft tannins.
Only the best grapes are selected for this special wine. The selection takes place already in the vineyard and in the cellar before the processing. In order to get as much fruit flavor as possible in the wine, cold maceration was carried out for 5 days at 8° C. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in the cellar. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at 26°C with our own yeast. The subsequent malolactic fermentation in the barrel gives the wine its smoothness and excellent concentration.
